Online purchases cannot be exchanged or returned in-store.

In order to return a product, you will need to send a message on our contact form indicating your willingness to return the item within 28 days from the date of the delivery. Kindly provide pictures of the products concerned by the return request. For us to accept the product, it must remain sealed, unopened in its original packaging. All gifts received with your purchase must also be returned, except for 1.5ml samples.

Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and proceed to the refund on the same payment method used when placing the order. The shipping costs which will be at the expense of the customer.

This clause does not affect your legal rights in relation to faulty products. Return of faulty products will be under the responsability of INITIO Parfums Privés.

If any returned items do not comply with our conditions, we will inform you by email that an amount will be deducted from your refund, or you can choose to have the goods returned to you within 14 days of our notification.
